    By enrolling in a course, you gain a limited, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use. Course access may be subject to specific time limits and other restrictions.

    Access Restrictions and Payment for Egyptian Residents:
    If you registered for our services from Egypt and received an offer specifically for Egyptian residents, you acknowledge and agree that access to our content is restricted to Egypt. To access our content from outside Egypt, you must pay the full price applicable to international users.

    Refunds for Incorrect Pricing:
    If you pay the price designated for Egyptian residents but are not physically located in Egypt, you will not be eligible for a refund, even if the standard refund policy applies to you.

  1. Payment and Refunds
    Payment for courses must be made in full at the time of enrollment. We offer for Live Courses a refund policy before the beginning of the second live session of your registered group. And for Recorded Courses a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase, or before the access to the second session of the content (Which is closer). To request a refund, contact us.
  1. User Conduct
    You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Website. You also agree not to interfere with any other user’s enjoyment of the Website or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website.

We do not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.
